Matt Kerr is a serial entrepreneur who has spent more than two decades starting, growing, and successfully selling businesses across the Space Coast, from service companies to local brands that are still running profitably today. He's been the owner signing the checks, the operator dealing with tough markets, and the seller negotiating his own exits — experience that gives his clients a practical, real-world perspective on value, timing, and strategy. At 321 Business Brokers, Matt's role is simple: use that experience and his deep Brevard County network to help owners sell, buyers acquire, and investors make decisions that actually move them forward, not just get them to a closing table.
