What's My Business Worth?
Answer five quick questions and get a ballpark starting range in about 30 seconds. No documents needed.
Question 1 of 5
Roughly, what's your annual revenue?
Your best guess is fine — this stays private.
Private and confidential. Your answers are only used to prepare for your valuation call — never shared or published.
You only pay when you're paid. No upfront fees, no retainers, no monthly charges — our commission only comes out of your closing once the sale closes.
A complete process, from first conversation to closing check.
We don't just list your business and wait. We build the deal, protect your confidentiality, and fight for every dollar.
Our Own Valuation
We review your P&Ls, recast the financials, and give you an honest number before anyone else sees it — so you go into the market knowing your floor.
Confidential from Day One
We never reveal your business name until a buyer signs an NDA. No name, location, or financials leave our office before that — your staff, clients, and suppliers stay in the dark until you're ready.
Narrative CIM
We build a confidential information memorandum that tells your business's story — not just the numbers, but what makes it run, what makes buyers pay more, and why the right buyer wins.
Full Media Package
Professional photos, video walk-through, and branded listing materials so buyers take your deal seriously from the first impression.
321 Buyers Club Access
Your business goes to our database of NDA-signed, pre-qualified buyers before it hits any public marketplace — giving serious buyers a head start while protecting your confidentiality.
BBF Co-Broker Network
We work with Business Brokers of Florida members and co-brokers who bring their own qualified buyers — expanding your reach without expanding your exposure.
Our fees, clearly stated.
On most listings under $20M, our commission ranges from 10–15% of the sale price. No hidden fees, no surprise deductions at the table — here's exactly how it works.
A sliding scale
Our commission is a percentage of the sale price, and the rate goes down as the deal gets bigger. A $5M sale earns a lower rate than a $500K sale.
Agreed upfront
You'll know your exact rate before we list — in writing, in the listing agreement. Commissions are always negotiable, and we'll quote yours in our first conversation.
Paid only at closing
No upfront fees, no retainers, no monthly charges. Our commission comes out of the sale proceeds — if your business doesn't sell, you owe us nothing.
Co-broker split (BBF rules)
When a Business Brokers of Florida member introduces the buyer, the total commission is split — typically 50/50 between listing broker and buyer's broker. This means your fee covers both sides of the transaction when we co-broker through BBF. Commissions are always negotiable, and we explain the split before we list so there are no surprises.
Six stages, one team, no handoffs.
From your first call to the wire hitting your account — here's exactly how we work.
Confidential consultation
We sit down — in person or by phone — learn your business, your goals, and your timeline. No commitment. No name-sharing. Just a conversation.
Valuation and seller check
We review your financials, recast your P&Ls, and give you a realistic range. We also make sure the business is sellable before we invest time on both sides.
CIM and marketing materials
We build the confidential information memorandum, photo and video package, and blind teaser — everything a serious buyer needs to raise their hand.
Targeted, confidential outreach
We introduce the opportunity to our Buyers Club and co-broker network first, then list on BBF and targeted platforms — all with a blind profile that protects your identity.
NDA, qualify, introduce
Every buyer signs an NDA and passes our qualification screen before they see your name or numbers. We manage showings, field offers, and create competitive tension when we can.
Negotiate, sign, wire
We negotiate deal structure line by line — price, earnest money, training period, non-compete, and contingencies. Then we coordinate attorneys, lenders, and the final closing.

The confidentiality promise
Your business name, location, financials, and ownership never leave our office without a signed NDA. We use blind profiles, code names if needed, and a strict information sequence — so nothing reaches the market before you're ready.
When confidentiality breaks down, businesses lose employees, clients, and leverage. We've seen it happen. We've built our process specifically to prevent it.
The questions owners ask first.
Will my staff or customers find out?
Not from us. Nothing identifies your business until a qualified buyer signs an NDA.
How do you decide what it's worth?
We start with your story and your numbers, then price it to what a real buyer will pay. You get the reasoning, not just a figure.
What does it cost to sell?
On most listings under $20M, commission ranges from 10–15% of the sale price — larger deals earn a lower rate. It's paid at closing, agreed upfront before we list, and always negotiable.
How long will it take?
Most sales close in 9–12 months, from the day you engage us to the day the money hits. Some move faster and some take longer, depending on the business and the market. We give you a straight read early on.
Do you sell businesses outside Brevard County?
We're licensed for the entire state of Florida, and we can provide out-of-state referrals.
Ready to find out what your business is worth?
One confidential conversation. No commitment. We'll review your financials, give you a real number, and tell you exactly what it takes to close at the top of your range.
A broker will call you within the same business day.
After we talk, we'll send you a secure email to submit your documents.
