We Built This for Agents Like Us

321 Business Brokers started because we were tired of the same model everyone else runs — big promises, thin support, and a brokerage that only cares about its own deals.

Stephen Guidry built this team on a simple idea: what if a brokerage actually worked for its agents? Not in a marketing-brochure way. In a "I'll sit with you on a deal at 10pm because you need help structuring the offer" way.

Then Matt Kerr brought business brokerage to the table — and suddenly our brokers had something most firms don't offer: business brokerage and commercial real estate under one roof. List a business for sale on Monday, close a commercial deal on Friday.

We're not the biggest brokerage on the Space Coast. We don't want to be. We want to be the one where every agent is a closer, every team member has your back, and nobody's riding anyone's coattails.
